For the attention of Shareholders of “Rakhat” JSC!

On the 2nd of May 2013 the Board of directors of “Rakhat” JSC have made a decision to amend item 6 on the agenda of the annual General meeting of Shareholders, which is scheduled for 30th of May 2013 at 16:00, and to state it in following wording: 
“6. Cancellation of decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of “Rakhat” JSC dated 25.05.2004 “On Stock Issue”.
It has been also decided to change the date of listing of shareholders entitled to participate in the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, for 20th of May 2013.
