For the attention of Shareholders of “Rakhat” JSC

The Board of directors of “Rakhat” JSC informs of voting results and the decisions made by the Shareholders meeting held July 21, 2009.

The quantity of votes participated in the voting is 2 761 709 votes (76,71% of the total amount of voting shares).

According to the points of the agenda the following decisions had been made:

1.

1) To approve the quantitative membership of returning board with 5 members.

2) To include to the returning board 3 members from Registrar (“The system of registering of capital issues” JSC) and 2 members from “Rakhat” JSC.

3) To define the term of office of Returning board as permanent.

4) To elect the returning board with the following membership:

The total amount of voting shares is 3 600 000 votes. The quantity of votes participated in the voting is 2 761 709 votes; affirmative votes – 2 751 016, negative votes – 1 000, abstentions – 8 493.

2. To approve the Statement of the Governing Board for 2008 about financial and economic activity of “Rakhat” JSC and about main lines of development of “Rakhat” JSC for 2009.

The total amount of voting shares is 3 600 000 votes. The quantity of votes participated in the voting is 2 761 709 votes; affirmative votes – 2 750 456, negative votes – 0, abstentions – 10 053.

3. To approve the annual audited consolidated financial statements of “Rakhat” JSC for 2008.

The total amount of voting shares is 3 600 000 votes. The quantity of votes participated in the voting is 2 761 709 votes; affirmative votes – 2 749 166, negative votes – 2 850, abstentions – 8 493.

4. To aim net profit of “Rakhat” JSC for 2008 in amount of 1,673,087 thousands (one milliard six hundreds seventy three millions and eighty seven thousands) tenge at production development.

The total amount of voting shares is 3 600 000 votes. The quantity of votes participated in the voting is 2 761 709 votes; affirmative votes – 2 742 176, negative votes – 12 240, abstentions – 7 293.
