In accordance with the Board Resolution dated March 16, 2023, Ernst & Young LLP was designated as an audit organization for auditing service of the consolidated financial statements of JSC LOTTE Rakhat for the year ended December 31, 2023.

The Contract amount for auditing services of the consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2023 is 59,000,000.00 tenge less VAT and includes all expenses related to the provision of auditing services.

The list of Auditor’s services for 2023 in accordance with the Contract:

– auditing the consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2023, and providing an Auditor’s Report on the consolidated financial statements compiled in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards;

– rendering related services.”
