“Rakhat” JSC informs that on 16th of May 2012 Committee on regulation and supervision of financial market and financial transactions under the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan has made national registration of amendments and additions to the share issue prospectus of the Company on the grounds of change-over in membership of principal shareholders, and added paragraph 1-11 to prospectus on the date of confirmation of the “Procedure of shares appraisal when Company redeems them” (letter of Committee on Financial Control under the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 16.05.2012 No. 668/102/2636)
