Changes in the composition of the Board of directors of the JSC “Rakhat”

The JSC “Rakhat” informs about changes in the composition of the Board of directors of the Company. On May 27, 2014 was held an annual General meeting of the shareholders, on which the new composition of the Board of directors was elected:
1) Noh Mang-Ko 
2) Zenkov Alexandr Sergeevich
3) Nam Ik Woo
4) Tereshchenko Sergey Alexandrovich – independent director
5) Youn Youngho – independent director
