Changes to the membership of the Board of Directors of the Company

Hereby “Rakhat” JSC informs about changes to the membership of the Board of Directors of the Company.

On January 06, 2015 was held the meeting of the Board of Directors of the “Rakhat” JSC, on which powers of members of the Board of Directors Rustemova Rimma Askhatovna and Dauletova Sholpan Altybaevna were pre-term terminated since 31.12.2014, and since 08.01.2015 new members were elected to the Board:

1. Plotnikov Oleg Gennadiyevich.;
2. Nurgaziyev Marat Maratovich;
3. Toleubayeva Zauresh Zhumakanovna – Secretary of the Board.
