The changes to the membership

“Rakhat” JSC informs about the changes to the membership of principal shareholders, which hold ten percent or more shares of the Company.
As a result of the sale of shares from 20.03.2015, “Sweet City” LLP, which owned 12.62% of the shares of the Company, resigned from principal shareholders of “Rakhat” JSC.
Thus, according the certificate, issued by The Integrated Securities Registrar as of 26.03.2015 “LOTTE Confectionery Co., Ltd” is principal shareholder of “Rakhat” JSC, which owns 92.44% of the shares of the Company
