The JSC “Rakhat” informs that on 23rd of June 2014 the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan has made state registration of the amendments in the share issue prospectus of the Company in connection with the election of a new structure of the Board of directors at annual general meeting of the shareholders held on 27.05.2014.
