The JSC “Rakhat” informs that on 25th of July 2014 National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan has made state registration of the amendments in prospectus of the share issue of the Company in connection with the early termination of office of the Board member Kristal L.G., on her own initiative, in connection with the retirement and also in connection with the actualization of information on Company registrar.
