INFORMATION MESSAGE FOR THE SHAREHOLDERS OF THE JSC “RAKHAT”

“Rakhat” JSC reports that in February 16, 2015 the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan has made the state registration of changes and amendments in the prospectus of the share issue of the Company in connection with changes to the membership of the Board from 06.01.2015 and as part of principal shareholders of the Company as of 01.01 .2015 (letter NB RK №33-3-02/981 from 16.02.2015).
