“RAKHAT” JSC informs that on 17th of June 2013 Committee on regulation and supervision of financial markets and financial organizations of National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan has made state registration of the amendments in items 13 and 19 of the share issue prospectus of the Company in connection with the early termination of office of the Board member Gordienko O.I., on her own initiative, in connection with the retirement (letter of CFS of NB of RK No. 66-4-3-2/1761 dated 17.06.2013).
