ABOUT SUBSIDIARIES

Hereby, Rakhat JSC reports that on January 10, 19 Justice of Turksib district of Department of Justice of Almaty registered the termination of activities of subsidiary of Rakhat JSC with 100% participation – Rakhat Trading House Limited Liability Partnership.

The subsidiary was established in 2011 for the purpose of trade and marketing activities through an independent structure, however, due to economic inexpediency, this structure was inactive. Considering the above, September 4, 2018 The Board of Directors of Rakhat JSC made a decision on the voluntary liquidation of Rakhat Trading House LLP. This decision does not affect the production and trading activities of Rakhat JSC – the company continues its work as usual.
