The glazed fudged candies tasting
In the second half of the March in the No. 1 and No. 7 brand-name shops of “Rakhat” JSC customers tasted the glazed fudged candies, such as “Makhabbat”, “Safari”, “Etud”, which were recently introduced to production. At the same time in the form of informal exchange of views the promoters succeeded to find out how Almaty people perceive the taste and aromatic properties of candies, their names and label design. They succeeded in ascertaining the intentions of customers concerning the purchasing of these candies. The tasting helped to present new products to consumers and to afford the significant information on the consumer preferences and expectations to take into account these factors in the subsequent work on development of assortment of “Rakhat” JSC.
